Condolence: We were so sorry to hear of Lucy's passing. It was an honor to know her.For so many years she was a "grandmother" to our kids and always showed love and interest in them. She never failed to tell them "great job" after every turn as altar server! Our loss is Heaven's gain.

Condolence: RIP LUCY VERCILLO You will be so missed
How difficult this is to put into words my feelings on what Lucy Vercillo meant to this world and to me! Truthfully Gods Gift to all of us!! I have had the honor of being blessed with knowing Lucy for over 29 years. I met Lucy when I went to work at Samaritin Hospital. She was by title my Nursing Supervisor. Little did I know that glorious day she would be so much more than that! As a nursing supervisor she was great, but that was such a very small part of who she was to me. I was certainly blessed that day with God putting this woman in my path. I have never met anyone on this earth personally that I felt truthfully lived life as God would like all of us to live. Lucy was one of the most humble individuals I have ever known. She certainly was my "Mother Teresa". As we prepare to lay her body to rest I mourn for our loss here on earth , celebrate what her life meant here to so many, and rejoice knowing she is with God. My condolences to all of her family, and my heart felt thank you for sharing such a special person.
