Obituary for Patricia J. Farmer

Patricia J. Farmer, 79

Patricia J. Farmer, 79 of Ashland passed away, Friday, December 18, 2015 in Hospice of North Central Ohio following an extended illness.

She was born on January 24, 1936 in Ashland to the late Albert and Mildred (nee Pryor) Gregg.

Pat was employed for more than 15 years at the Faultless Rubber Company. She later earned a degree to become a real estate agent for Century 21. Pat also owned and operated Pat’s Upholstery, where she retired.
She enjoyed crafts and reconditioning antiques, but most of all spending time with her children.

Pat is survived by one daughter, Deb (Joe) Henthorn of West Salem; two sons, Bart Stover of Ashland and Bryan Stover of Ashland; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Carol Schratt and Janet Bumgardner; and one brother, Norman (Connie) Gregg.

Pat is preceded in death by her father, Albert Gregg and her mother, Mildred Wolfe; six sisters, Marjorie (Dean) Harrison, Sally (Joe) Massa, Doris (Mel) Mullett, Alberta Hudnut, Mabel Harris, and Phyllis (Bob) Swaisgood.

In keeping with Pat’s wishes, a private family service will be conducted at a later date.
