Glenn R. Dawson, 67

Glenn R. Dawson, 67 of Ashland passed away, Wednesday, August 2, 2017 in his home.

He was born on October 10, 1949 to Thomas Junior and Eva (nee Liggett) Dawson in Strasburg, Ohio
Glenn married the former Joyce Mugrage on April 1, 1989.

He retired after more than 32 years from Timken Roller Bearing Company in Canton. Glenn enjoyed hunting and fishing throughout his life.

Glenn is survived by his wife of 28 years, Mrs. Joyce Dawson of Ashland; his mother, Eva Acord; one daughter, Ashley (Aaron) Kline of Ashland; three step daughters, JoAnn (Vince) Slater, Barbara (John) Yarnell, and Jacqueline Escamilla; one grandson, Austin Kline; nine step grandchildren; three step great grandchildren; one brother, Jerry Dawson; and one step brother, Jeff (Dee) Acord; a half- sister, Becky Dawson and two half-brothers, Johnny and Gary Dawson.

He is preceded in death by his father, Thomas Junior Dawson and Step-father, Ernest Acord.

In keeping with his wishes, no services will be held.
