Frances J. Bally, 94

Frances J. Bally, 94 of Ashland, passed away, October 5, 2017 in the Kingston of Ashland.

She was born on July 26, 1923 to the late Samuel and Wanda Kyle in Mansfield, Ohio.

Frances was a member of the First Christian Church. She was an avid reader throughout her life.

Along with her husband, Carl, she was a member of the Pinochle Club and enjoyed Genealogy.

Frances is survived by one daughter, Sandy Bally of Ashland; one son, Pete (Penny) Bally of Cincinnati; one grandson, Tim Grannen of Cuyahoga Falls; a sister-in-law, Sara Stewart of Ashland; and nephews, Mike (Tracy) and Pat (Brenda) Kvietkus of Seattle Washington; Dale Bally of Elyria, Dean (Deanna) Bally of Elyria, Jim (Irene) Bally of Elyria; Ronnie (Mary) Bally of Powell; and Niece Joanne Bally from Elyria; and many cousins.

In addition to her parents, Frances is preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Bally who passed away in 1998; and one sister, Eileen Kvietkus.

A graveside service will be held Saturday October 14 at 11:00 am in the Ashland Cemetery with Pastor Rich Pate officiating.
