Jim retired after more than 40 years as an electrician with the I.B.E.W. 688 in Mansfield.

He was a member of First Christian Church where he was a trustee and sang in the choir.

Jim was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend to many. He loved sports and enjoyed playing and watching softball, golf, fishing and playing in his card club.

He will be remembered fondly by his family as always being able to fix or build anything, including their family home.

In addition to his parents, Jim is preceded in death by three brothers, Ned (Pat), Wayne (Rena) and Paul Imhoff; and a brother-in-law, Voy Harmon.

Funeral services will be held, Monday, January 8, 2018 at 11:30 a.m. in the First Christian Church, 1425 King Road, Ashland, Ohio 44805 with Pastor Rich Pate officiating. Interment will be in the Savannah Cemetery. Friends may call prior to the service from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in the church. A meal and time of fellowship will follow the service at the church.
