Condolence From: Ron Van Beuning
Condolence: I just learned of Kermit's passing today, 1/22/18, and I am deeply saddened. Janet, my love to you as you move on now to the next chapter of you life. Kermit became a good friend to me back in 2009 when I started playing bluegrass with him and we had many great times making some good music. But more importantly we had many wonderful spiritual talks as we shared our faith together and it is so comforting to know that I'll see him again sometime down the road in Heaven. What a wonderful peace that is when one knows Christ as their personal savior. Looing forward to playing music with him again. My heart goes out to all the family as I know you will all miss him. God bless you all. Ron Van Beuning

Condolence: Thank You Kermit for introducing me to a lifetime of bluegrass music. I have the fondest memories of my banjo lessons at the house and after 45 years, I'm still playing the licks you showed me. The gift of music is a timeless legacy and I'm lucky to have been a beneficiary of your talent, musicianship and friendship. Dan Rose & Elizabeth Gordon Nashville, Tennessee

Condolence: Dear Dad, You would want us to celebrate your life, your salvation, your music and your family. Every man has a legacy and yours is one of a man who loved his family and loved our Lord. Your lessons have not gone unlearned and your goodness has mot gone unnoticed. I love you and look forward to play in "Train 45" with you while leaning against a pearly gate. I know the acoustics will be awesome.
