Condolences

Condolence From: Thomas Vojir
Condolence: Phil was a brother of mine in Acacia fraternity at OU. He played ping-pong very well. In one match he played, another brother encouraged Phil to "rip 'im up". Phil did, and from then on we called him Rip Culler, which he liked. We shared a room for 2 years, and consider him a true friend.

Condolence From: Gil and Becky Snyder
Condolence: We remember Phil's smile, his wit and his devotion to our grandchildren; William, Maggie, Molly, Allison, Gretchen, and Robbie. How fitting that the night before Phil stepped through life's veil he spent it watching TV with Maggie and Molly. What a comfort to know when the time came he was able to say, as David did so long ago. "To You, O Lord, I lift up my soul; in You, I trust, O my God." Psalm 25:1

Condolence: Phil and I co-owned an airplane for a number of years, and that time in my life is one that I will always cherish. We became close friends due to our mutual love of flying, and continued to meet often even after his health forced us to sell the airplane. He will be greatly missed!

Condolence: We are very sorry to hear of Phil's passing. He was a kind friend. We worshiped together at Farmington Hills Church of God. Phil took our son Ben flying for a very enjoyable afternoon, at a vulnerable time when he was looking for direction in his life. We will miss Phil, until the day we are reunited in heaven.

Condolence: Phil will be greatly missed by all of his church family here in Farmington Hills. He was one of the sweetest men I've ever known. His love for God and his desire to know Him more was very evident to all. His face lit up when he talked about his family, and we all heard about his time with his beloved grandkids. I will miss him personally as a wonderful and dear friend. We love you Phil!
