Condolence: Phil was a brother of mine in Acacia fraternity at OU. He played ping-pong very well. In one match he played, another brother encouraged Phil to "rip 'im up". Phil did, and from then on we called him Rip Culler, which he liked. We shared a room for 2 years, and consider him a true friend.

Condolence: I worked with Phil at Ford. He was very knowledgeable and helped many a junior engineer learn about certification. I remember going to his daughter's high school performance of West Side Story. He was a very proud father.

Condolence: My heart goes out to the Culler family. I first met Phil when I was a summer intern in the Large I4 Dept in 1978 and was lucky to call him a friend ever since. He will be missed by so many.

Condolence: Phil and I co-owned an airplane for a number of years, and that time in my life is one that I will always cherish. We became close friends due to our mutual love of flying, and continued to meet often even after his health forced us to sell the airplane. He will be greatly missed!

Phil took our son Ben flying for a very enjoyable afternoon, at a vulnerable time when he was looking for direction in his life. We will miss Phil, until the day we are reunited in heaven.

Condolence: I worked with Phil at Ford and he was such a kind man. My husband also shares a love for flying, so Phil and I often discussed his love for adventure. I know family was very important to him and my thoughts and prayers are with you all.
