MARIE STUDENY BOURGEOIS
Marie Studeny Bourgeois 103, formerly of Shaker Heights, Ohio and for the last 18 years, from Ashland Ohio, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 3rd.
Marie is the sister of Robert Studeny, deceased, of Ashland.
Marie married her boyfriend of 13 years on December 12th, 1970. They had a wonderful marriage filled with travel and golf and time with family in Arizona and Ashland. Marie’s sister-in-law, Dorothy Studeny, and nieces and nephews, Robin (Mike) Studeny of Columbus, Kimberly (James) Calhoon of Ashland, Megan Oakes of Indiana, Mark Studeny of West Virginia with many great nieces and nephews will miss her feistiness and great sense of humor.
Marie remained active in water aerobics until her 90s when she moved to Ashland. There will be no memorial services; instead, the family will be celebrating her wonderful life with a gathering enjoying photos and food and family togetherness.
Entombment will be in Knollwood Cemetery Mausoleum in Mayfield Heights, Ohio with her late husband.
