Cathy Ratliff, 55
Cathy Ratliff, 55 of Oak Hills, California, formerly of Loudonville passed away September 8, 2017.
She was born April 26, 1962, along with her twin sister Colleen of Johnstown, Pennsylvania.
Cathy married Ken Ratliff on November 19, 1994. She has one son, Chris Chalfcraft; and one step-son James Ratliff.
Cathy worked in California for the courts before moving to Ohio. When she moved to Ohio she began working at North Central State College.
Upon returning to California in 2009, Cathy worked with her husband Ken serving papers for the family paper service. Together, Cathy and Ken went on to purchase their own Snap-On Tools Franchise. They have owned and operated their business for the past seven years working side-by-side.
Cathy managed the office for the Snap-On Company and rode along with Ken on occasion.
Cathy was an outgoing person, who loved everyone and made everyone smile.
She is survived by her loving husband of 22 years, Ken; one son Chris; a step son James; two sisters, Colleen and Jocelyn; one brother, Patrick; her step-father, Romie; a very large Raliff Family; and many nieces and nephews on both sides of the family, all whom she loved dearly.
She is preceded in death by her mother, brother-in-law, father-in-law and grandson, whom she is now in heaven with.
A Celebration of Cathy’s life will be held, Sunday, September 24, 2017 in the Messerly Pavilion at Charles Mill Lake Park from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Everyone is encouraged to come as a memorial and any wishes people want to send will be taped and sent to Ken and family in California.
