Timothy Scott Carmichael, 51, of Ashland, passed away Tuesday evening, August 7, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Cleveland, following a four-month illness.
Tim was born in Ashland, Ohio on August 24, 1966 and was the son of Dana Dale and Dorthy Jane (Craig) Carmichael. He was a 1984 graduate of Ashland High School and has been a resident of the Ashland area all of his life.
He enjoyed listening to music, Heavy metal and Rock, with “KISS” being one of his favorite groups. He collected albums and records, watching NASCAR and Drag Racing, the New York Yankees and the Detroit Red Wings.
He is survived by children, Tiffany Meyer and Aaron Meyer both of Ashland, his mother, Dorthy (Michael) Johnson of Mansfield; his father, Dana (Helen) Carmichael of Myrtle Beach, SC; his brother, Stephen (Cindy) Carmichael of Plymouth and two nieces and two nephews.
He was preceded in death, by his common-law wife, Laurie Meyer in 2016.
A time of remembrance, Celebrating Timothy’s Life, will be held Saturday August 11, 2018 at the Ashland VFW Post 1067 from 1:00 to 4:00 P.M.
