Martha D. Casciani, 96 of Ashland passed away, Thursday, August 23, 2018 in Brethren Care Village.
Marti was born on August 23, 1922 to the late Clarence A. and Ruth (nee Brumbaugh) Davies in Ashland, Ohio.
She married the love of her life, Robert W. Casciani on November 16, 1945. Marti worked as a secretary at Mansfield Tire and Rubber Company for more than 10 years and part time at First Federal Savings & Loan for numerous years.
Marti was a devoted member of the First Presbyterian Church in Ashland and of the Sarah Copus Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
She is survived by three nephews, Tom (Noreen) Casciani of Rochester, Michigan, Jim (Becky) Casciani of Santa Rosa, California, and Fred Casciani of Columbus; and one niece, Jeanne (Jeff) Quayle of New Albany, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, Marti is preceded in death by her husband of 58 years, Robert “Bob” Casciani on November 15, 2003.
Funeral services will be held, Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. in the First Presbyterian Church, 320 Church Street, Ashland, Ohio with Reverend Michael Parker Officiating. Interment will be in the Ashland Cemetery.
